The Executive Operations ensures smooth coordination between schools, field teams, and government departments, supporting high-quality implementation and stakeholder engagement.

​Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government and school stakeholders to plan and deliver interventions.
• Track progress using existing tools and ensure timely reporting.
• Support capacity-building workshops and field reviews.
• Analyze data and feedback to strengthen program design and delivery.
• Contribute to a collaborative, learning-centered work culture.
