About the Role

The Associate Monitoring and Evaluation plays a crucial role in tracking program quality, analyzing data, and helping the team learn from evidence. This role bridges field practice with analytical insights to strengthen decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data collection, validation, and analysis from schools and field visits.
• Use digital tools and dashboards to track progress and identify trends.
• Document case studies, field stories, and reflective insights.
• Coordinate with the operations and program teams to integrate feedback loops.
• Assist in designing and refining monitoring frameworks and surveys.
